Certified-refurbished means the unit has been factory-tested, reset, and re-certified by the OEM or authorized partner. Performance is identical to new. The main difference is cosmetic condition and price — refurbished can be 40–70% cheaper.
We supply hardware only. For SmartNet contracts or Cisco licensing, we can refer you to our certified Cisco partner network. We do supply IOS/IOS-XE licenses bundled with certain hardware units.
All refurbished units ship with factory default configuration. Specific firmware pre-loading is available for orders of 5+ units with 3–5 business day lead time — just specify in your inquiry.
New hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty (1–3 years). Certified-refurbished carries a 12-month Matrix EU warranty. Cisco CCR often includes Cisco's own Limited Lifetime Warranty. DOA replacement within 5 business days.
